* Work with management to ensuring recruiting is consistent with Bright
Smiles Express business objectives, growth, integrity, and employment brand.
* Direct appropriate research and candidate development resources creating a
pipeline for a variety of levels and functional areas.
* Cold-call targeted candidate population 50% of the time
* Drive talent acquisition processes that help to ensure consistency with
the Bright Smiles Express brand.
* Individually own full life-cycle recruiting searches including the
creation of compensation packages and closing.
* Network extensively in the marketplace in an effort to help source
candidates for our open positions.
* Develop a search business plan for each open search, including target list
creation, research process management, and market segmentation.
* Develop and manage talent acquisition reporting metrics, head count
reports, and ad hoc reports.
The accomplished individual will possess...
* Proven track-record of demonstrating resourcefulness in sourcing
candidates for difficult-to-fill positions using traditional and
non-traditional executive search methods, i.e. networking, cold calling,
research, etc.
* Prior experience in direct sourcing, screening, recruiting technical
disciplines within the following industries/business sectors: retail;
fashion/design; branding; customer oriented.
* Executive presence, professional demeanor, and strong business acumen
required
* Excellent attention to detail
* Superior communications and follow-up skills
An outstanding professional will have at a minimum
* Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
* 3-5 years experience recruiting; two (2) years search and client
management
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills required
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
workload required
* Successful experience using the Internet and innovative venues to source
prospects

Works under general direction, the incumbent is responsible for providing the coordination and implementation of promotional strategies through sales associates.
